Guidelines for Technical Paper Submission:

The author must register for JOSH’25 before or at the time of submitting their paper.

Papers must be submitted to the PDD by August 16, 2025.

The paper should not exceed 2,000 words and must be prepared for an oral presentation of 14 to 17 minutes.

The first page should prominently feature:

Topic of the paper

Author’s name

Chapter name

Word count
-
Estimated reading time

The main content of the paper should start from the second page.

Five (5) hard copies, neatly printed in double-spacing on A4-sized paper (single side), must be submitted.

A soft copy (.docx / Word format only) should also be emailed to pdd.miltjosh25@gmail.com

The author of the winning paper must be physically present at the Convention to present their work before the delegates.
Selection Criterion

Individual merit is the sole criterion; there is no limit on the number of selected papers from a single Chapter.

Any direct or indirect revelation of the author’s identity in the content will result in disqualification.

Plagiarism or the use of AI-generated content in any form will lead to immediate disqualification.
