Guidelines for Technical Paper Submission:

  • The author must register for JOSH’25 before or at the time of submitting their paper.

  • Papers must be submitted to the PDD by August 16, 2025.

  • The paper should not exceed 2,000 words and must be prepared for an oral presentation of 14 to 17 minutes.

  • The first page should prominently feature:

    • Title of the paper

    • Topic of the paper

    • Author’s name

    • Chapter name

    • Word count

    • Estimated reading time

  • The main content of the paper should start from the second page.

  • Five (5) hard copies, neatly printed in double-spacing on A4-sized paper (single side), must be submitted.

  • A soft copy (.docx / Word format only) should also be emailed to pdd.miltjosh25@gmail.com

  • The author of the winning paper must be physically present at the Convention to present their work before the delegates.

Selection Criterion

  • Individual merit is the sole criterion; there is no limit on the number of selected papers from a single Chapter.

  • Any direct or indirect revelation of the author’s identity in the content will result in disqualification.

  • Plagiarism or the use of AI-generated content in any form will lead to immediate disqualification.
